1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. The amount is returned by the same payment method within the provider's processing time.
2. After the 14 days
Once the guarantee period ends, you may cancel at any time and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid cycle; the remainder of the current cycle is not refunded. The subscription does not renew after that.
3. Renewals and add-ons
The 14-day period does not apply to automatic renewal payments or to plans/add-ons purchased after the first subscription. You can turn off renewal before the renewal date to avoid the next payment.
4. When a refund is not due
No refund is due on a material breach of the Terms of Service, repeated abuse of the guarantee, or after the periods described above.
5. How to cancel or request a refund
You can turn off renewal or cancel from your account panel, or contact us at info@cubeos.co. Before closing, we recommend exporting your data from the My data page.
