Export your data
You can get a full copy of your data at any time:
- A full workspace copy (database and files) — restorable on the Raqeem platform only.
- Your reports and transactions as Excel or PDF — open them in any program.
Delete your account
When you request deletion:
- A 15-day grace period begins, during which you can cancel and restore your account.
- We remind you daily by email that deletion is approaching, with a restore link and a reminder to export your data.
- After the grace period, the account and workspace are permanently deleted.
- Permanent deletion of a workspace is available from the workspace creator's account only.
- Records the law requires us to keep (invoices and entries) are retained for the statutory period.
Withdraw consent / cookies: you can change your consent for non-essential cookies at any time from cookie settings.
